HOTELS
Sivatel
Located near the Phloen Chit BTS sky train station, Sivatel is a luxurious hotel that I certainly recommend. The breakfast there is one of the best breakfasts I have ever had and I would also go back for the bathroom. Granted, that does sound a bit weird but the bathroom has three walls, while the fourth wall is just glass. Showering in the morning was the best way to start the day, since I got the most beautiful view of Bangkok’s skyline. The swimming pool is also an experience on its own, because it feels like you’re swimming into the city in this infinite pool.

Hua Chang Heritage Hotel
This kitschy hotel is located across MBK and offers you one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever seen. It’s a 5 star design hotel in a baroque style, though it’ll only cost you 60€ per night for one room.
